They held up so well, and I know they will last all of this fall and winter as well. They are super comfortable, and because of the contrast of the shiny and the matte, they look really good! I love these boots. Great for work or casual. They look good with slacks or with jeans. Seem well made and reasonably comfortable. I went with a half size down from my regular show size and that was just right.

I unfortunately have to return them and have tried to do so multiple times using the order number that you are supposed to plug into a return area on the /Shoes.com website. It didn't work. I have now emailed about this problem 4 times since Dec 23 with no actual help. Just an auto response that tells me nothing. I thought Shoes.com would be so much better.
